Chile
A long and narrow country that follows the west coast of this continent, Chile perches on the spine of the Andes. Having taken the richest part of the mineral wealth in the deserts in the north from Bolivia, this country is now showing greater prosperity than its neighbours Peru and Bolivia.
In the north is the Atacama desert; the driest place on earth - there are areas that haven't seen rainfall in 200 years. Down south is cold country - the Andes overshadowing with their snow capped peaks.
